Job Vacancy: E-commerce Graphic Designer

Are you a creative and passionate Graphic Designer looking for a new challenge in the dynamic world of online retail? Then we are looking for you!

Our fast-growing online retail company is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this remote-first role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that drive conversion for our website and digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Design attractive and user-friendly graphic elements for our website, including high-impact banners, product image enhancements, and other visual content crucial for an online shopping experience.

  • Create marketing materials optimized for various digital channels, such as social media ads (paid and organic), email campaigns, and online advertisements.

  • Enhance the user experience (UX) and visual merchandising through thoughtful designs that strengthen the Gary & Tracey Londen brand.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and turn them into visual content that resonates with our target audience and maximizes sales.

  • Ensure absolute consistency of our brand image across all digital touchpoints and make sure all designs adhere to brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an E-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment.

  • Excellent proficiency with industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other relevant tools.

  • Strong sense of aesthetics, commercial awareness, and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with virtual teams.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing examples of previous design projects (e.commerce preferred).

Job Vacancy: E-commerce Customer Support & Sales Associate

Are you enthusiastic, customer-focused, and ready to provide excellent service via digital channels? Do you excel at solving problems and turning inquiries into sales opportunities? Then we are looking for you!

Gary & Tracey Londen is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Associate to join our virtual team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for providing tailored online advice and creating an excellent, seamless shopping experience for our customers across email, chat, and phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, providing friendly, expert advice on products, styling, and order status.

  • Assist customers with size selection, product information, and finding their perfect item using online resources.

  • Assist customers with complex issues related to international shipping, tracking updates, customs information, and initiating returns (in line with our Return & Refund Policy).

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through digital interactions to maximize sales.

  • Support daily e-commerce operations by monitoring and optimizing the online customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service environment, preferably in e-commerce or retail support (online).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and helpful telephone/chat demeanor.

  • High proficiency in using CRM software, chat tools, and email platforms.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism.

  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, sometimes high-volume environment, including occasional weekend coverage if required.
