General terms and conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all purchases and transactions conducted via the website of Gary & Tracey Londen, trading under the name Needstuff, and contactable via info@garytraceylondon.com.

 

1. Applicability of Terms

By placing an order on our website, you unconditionally agree to these General Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you are entering into a binding agreement with Gary & Tracey Londen / Needstuff.

 

2. Product Information and Accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe our products and provide current information, including pricing and availability. However, due to the nature of product sourcing, typographical errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

 

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are considered placed and binding only after full payment has been received and confirmed.

  • The availability of payment methods may vary based on your geographic location. Customers are responsible for verifying which payment methods are available and accepted for their location.

  • All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the site and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

 

4. Order Processing and Delivery (Dropshipping Model)

We operate under a dropshipping model, meaning products are shipped directly from our international suppliers/warehouses, primarily located in China, to your specified delivery address.

  • Processing Time (Order preparation): 1 – 3 business days.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: 3 – 7 business days (Varies by destination).

Important Shipping Disclaimer: Please note that these delivery times are estimates. Due to the nature of international shipping, potential customs checks, and factors outside our control, actual delivery times may occasionally exceed these estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, local customs, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.

 

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All detailed conditions regarding returns, refunds, and your right of withdrawal (cancellation) are exclusively governed by our separate and specific Return & Refund Policy. By agreeing to these GTC, you also agree to the terms outlined in the Return & Refund Policy.

 

6. Liability and Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer upon delivery.

  • We are not liable for packages lost or stolen once the tracking confirms the package has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the provided address is accurate and secure.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the website, including but not limited to texts, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Needstuff (or its suppliers/licensors) and is protected by international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

 

8. Complaints Procedure

Complaints regarding our service or products must be submitted in writing via email to info@garytraceylondon.com. We strive to acknowledge all complaints within 5 business days and to resolve the complaint as quickly as reasonably possible.

 

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or any agreement with Gary & Tracey Londen / Needstuff, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. The competent court in the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of these GTC.
