  • Processing Condition: Your order will only be fully processed, verified, and sent to our international supplier for fulfillment after the payment has been successfully completed and confirmed by the payment provider.

  • Payment Failure: Orders with pending, failed, or incomplete payments will be placed on hold or automatically canceled if the payment is not finalized within a specified time frame.

 

4. Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund (for instance, following a return approved under our Return & Refund Policy), we adhere to the following procedure:

  • The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • We aim to process and initiate the refund within 30 calendar days following the successful receipt and inspection of the returned item by our international supplier. Note that the time it duurt for the refund to post to your bank account or card is subject to your bank's processing times, which is beyond our control.
